1. HOW DOES THE BOTTLE WORK?

All our ionizing bottles use Solid Polymer Electrolyte (SPE) and Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electrolysis to produce pure molecular hydrogen at concentrations.

Only use regular tap, filtered, or reverse osmosis water.

 

2. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE LEFTOVER OXYGEN?

All oxygen and chlorine gases are expelled, so only pure molecular hydrogen gets infused into your drinking water.

 

3. HOW TO CLEAN ?

Clean with light non-abrasive soap, and to descale the unit pour white vinegar onto the titanium plates (located on the center of the base) so that the plate's fully submerged. Let white vinegar sit for 30 minutes, then rinse by running water onto the plates. Do this 3-5x per month for the optimal results.

Do not submerge the base underwater. Do not run the base through the dishwasher, or clean the base with a wire brush.

4. WHICH TYPE OF WATER SHOULD I USE?

Thanks to  dual-chamber base, you can use regular tap water or filtered water, but we recommend filtered water. Do not use water from that use salt in the water softener systems.

 

5. WHAT TEMPERATURE WATER SHOULD I USE?

We recommend using room temperature or cold water. Do not pour scalding or hot water into the bottle, as it may cause damage to the SPE and PEM unit at the base.

 

6. HOW MANY CYCLES CAN I RUN UNDER ONE FULL CHARGE?

Your bottle will be able to generate pure hydrogen-rich water up-to 20 times under one full charge and takes 3 hours to fully charge.

 

7. HOW LONG DOES THE HYDROGEN LAST IN THE WATER?

Our testing showed upwards of 15-30 minutes when kept in a closed container. Nevertheless when you're ready to drink your can always run another cycle.

 

8. DO I HAVE TO BUY ANY FILTERS OR REPLACEMENT PARTS?

Nope! That is one of the main benefits to an IonBottle compared to our single use competitors out there. Our bottles are reusable, rechargable, and never stop creating Hydrogen water for years to come.

 

9. HOW MUCH HYDROGEN WATER SHOULD YOU CONSUME PER DAY?

According to the research and studies conducted, the patients & athletes that consumed 5 - 7 bottles per day or about 64 Oz of hydrogen-rich water, would see the most optimal results.

 

10. DOES THE WATER SMELL OR TASTE DIFFERENT?

In most cases no, but depending on the source water used some users have reported that the water may have a slight chlorine smell. That is normal and safe, some water treatment centers use chloramine to disinfect the water. The amounts are safe and when if you smell chlorine, that's from the hydrogen and oxygen splitting and the oxygen which has chloramine evaporating from your source water.
